I think this is an awesome idea, challenging people to give back. We all started somewhere and although I’m a little older I still have mentors. I think we all need them especially teens. That is a difficult age, and the kids are trying to figure themselves out so help from an adult who isn’t judging them is outright awesome. Kudos to Tomayia, for challenging us to remain humble and give back.

You are truly an amazing woman Tomayia. You have never been selfish to teach or help people around you to become not only a better business owner but a better personal in general. I am truly blessed to have known such a beautifully spirited person and to have worked next to you is just a bonus. I pray that God continues to bless you and your family.

This is awesome! Our youth definitely needs guidance and mentorship. There are so many things going on in their world. Kudos Tomaiya for shedding light on this.

Thanks for this encouraging message. I don’t have kids but being a mentor would be a great way to pour into the next generation. The thought is a little scary but I want to leave more than I take.
